Since starting his practicing period of pupillage, Ben has undertaken a wide range of criminal, family and civil work. Ben has prosecuted and defended in the Magistrates Court. Ben secured a conviction for a man accused of exposure against two children in Grimsby Magistrates Court. Ben has assisted applicants and respondents to non-molestation and occupation orders and has represented families in both public and private children matters.
