Stephen Robinson heads up our Regulatory Team. Providing expert advocacy across health and safety, HMRC, environmental, professional discipline, and inquest proceedings trusted by individuals, businesses, and regulatory bodies alike.

We have experience prosecuting and defending in cases brought on behalf of the following:

  • Environment Agency

  • Local Authorities

  • HMRC

  • RSPCA

Members of our team are also instructed in relation to Inquest work.

We also have members who are qualified to sit on tribunal hearings, for example disciplinary hearings before the General Medical Council.
