Holly is a former family solicitor with over 10 years experience in family law.

As a solicitor Holly was a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and specialised in the representation of children, both directly and through their Children’s Guardian’s, parents and grandparents in proceedings with child protection concerns.

Holly’s time as a solicitor has given her a depth of experience in quickly forging trusting connections with those she represents who are often vulnerable and in distress. Holly regularly represents the most vulnerable of clients, from children to adults with significant intellectual or emotional needs and neurodivergence, to those lacking capacity.

Holly has experience navigating complex proceedings including cases with physical injuries, domestic abuse, sexual abuse and cases multifarious medical conditions such as bleeding disorders and genetic conditions. 

Holly is skilled in sensitively handling cases where parental alienation and complex family dynamics feature as a representative for parents, children and grandparents.

Holly has been described as a tenacious and persuasive advocate and has appeared in Court centres across England.
