Amber Hobson secures acquittal in assault emergency worker trial at Hull Crown Court.

Amber Hobson represented a defendant who was detained under the mental health act but had been deemed fit to stand trial. He was accused of assaulting two members of staff as they tried to move him from one seclusion suite to another. He further stood accused of damaging a pair of glasses. The defendant did not give evidence in the trial. After over 3 hours of deliberation, the jury acquitted the defendant on all counts.
