Chloe Ogley represents Public Guardian in Court of Protection.

Chloe Ogley recently represented the Public Guardian in proceedings to remove a Deputy following allegations of mismanagement of funds. Ms Ogley has a growing practice in the Court of Protection and is now accepting regular instructions in these cases.
