Acquittals in serious child sexual offences trial, Oliver Shipley defends

Oliver Shipley appeared for a 22 year old defendant charged with offences of assault by penetration of a child under 13 and sexual assault of a child under 13, said to have taken place between 2017 and 2020.

Following a trial before HHJ Marson KC (sitting in retirement), the jury unanimously acquitted the defendant on all counts and his good character was preserved.
