Michael Masson secures acquittal in Rape trial.

Michael Masson, instructed by HLA solicitors, has secured an acquittal for a Defendant charged with rape. The trial in Hull Crown Court, before Mr Recorder David Kelly,  heard that the Defendant was suffering from an episode of Sexsomnia - a parasomnia or sleep disorder in the same family of disorders as sleep-walking. After 5 days of trial (including the evidence of experts for the Prosecution and the Defence) and 3 hours of deliberation, the Jury unanimously found the Defendant Not Guilty.
