A masked teenager laughed as he filmed a frightened and very vulnerable woman being "terrorised" in her own home during shocking and despicable scenes of sadistic degradation.

The defendant, Harvey Evans, was sent to a young offenders' institution for five years by HHJ Thackray KC. He can be named after Judge Thackray made no reporting restrictions on identifying him following an application by Hull Live. The other two boys involved have been dealt with at the youth court.
