Claims by adult children contesting wills - the position following the recent Supreme Court decision in Ilott -v- Mitson.

A review of the law in this area following the Supreme Court decision in Ilott (Respondent) -v- The Blue Cross and others (Appellants) [2017] UKSC 17 and discussion of the factors to be taken into account when assessing the prospects of an adult child successfully contesting a will.
