At Wilberforce Barristers, we have a team of specialist practitioners who understand all issues in respect of care and adoption proceedings. The team are skilled in working with clients from all backgrounds and always strive to achieve the best possible outcome. Members are highly experienced in dealing with cases including complex medical issues, sexual abuse and emotional abuse.

Children (Private) Law

Decisions regarding the arrangements for children can be complex and sensitive. At Wilberforce Barristers, we offer practical and robust advice to clients in all aspects of private law work, including child arrangement orders, changes of residence, removal from the jurisdiction, implacable hostility, parental alienation and domestic abuse. Our barristers also act for CAFCASS and other family members in connection with such applications.

Our team provides advice, assistance and representation to clients at all stages of proceedings and can advise regarding the merits of issuing any application before the court.
