Abigail Rowley secures serious findings in 5-day finding of fact hearing.

Abigail Rowley recently represented a respondent mother in private law Children Act proceedings in a 5-day finding of fact hearing. Abigail secured multiple serious findings against the applicant father which included sexual abuse, physical abuse to children and controlling and coercive behaviour. All findings against the mother were found unproven.
